Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Antinua abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Being a Marshal kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears baggy violet pantaloons and a black scarf. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Faral studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud
