Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.
