Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he tends to wear a large grey jacket. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Egelina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.
