Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Callie was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Callie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.
