Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Hupe was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right.
