He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his lance, and his gloved hand is found clutching a lance. His crest is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nim was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and expand his business

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and money/treasure
