History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
