History: Born in the north to a Mason, Alston learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second son.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gomory studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Syllin was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Syllin never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
