Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Valida reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Theirastra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
