Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Gale enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Balam was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north
