History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baern fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Tatyan lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it.
