History: Scrag was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has worked as a Miner like his father before him.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born in a small island village. She found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud
