History: Pirithin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ellyjoybell isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
