She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Shadow was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a Painter soon after.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Traubon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Traubon and his spouse have recently divorced.
