Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shivering studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
