Personality: Lucan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. He is physically well-built. His hair is blonde and curly. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a yellow shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are gray.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Felosial is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Felosial was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Felosial's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Felosial and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a tailor and was forced into it by his family

Description: This slender woman stands about 2'10". She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
