Personality: Merla is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. She found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again; and expand his business

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He usually wears his tan robe and has his lance always slung over his shoulder. He is an epitome of beauty. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Glim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Glim. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Arara's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arara grew up listening to her father's many stories. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and sabotage a competitor
