History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
