History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Modean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Modean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Arha alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Arha was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
