Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Adrie and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Gimble was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
