Description: An older woman who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. He has gray eyes and a violet hat with a white feather.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Ivellios is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Ivellios was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. She is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around her ears. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This dark-skinned male is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and dwarven compassion

Voice: American accent

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dark leathers with embroidery, and is pretty ugly. His blue crest is thinning but still full. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
