History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bellfounder. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Faran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He became a Bellfounder soon after.

Motivation: Money/treasure.
