Personality: Skirt speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Skirt took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
