Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Dariff's homeland. Dariff decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, Mardnab would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a simple black robe with white stripes complete with hood. His gold crest is still thick. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Patrin was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
