He wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. A true patriot, Norman would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: Mord hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Barber profession.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. With wild red hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is greedy
