History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Hatae was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a Detective soon after.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Robert will drive conversation. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Lucan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by his family
