Description: This man is dressed in a clean red cloak covering his clean studded leather, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. She has dyed her greying silver crest a little too much giving a sharp silver color. Her eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Perra was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Perra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She is greedy; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Harbek was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
