Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shepherd but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. After a long history of fighting, Jane and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: She stands about 6'4" and is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has moderate length green crest. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ahlyssa grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
