History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drifting grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
