History: He comes from a rich western family. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: Nemeia was born the youngest of three triplets. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
