Description: A middle-aged woman, she tends to wear a pastel poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. She wears her red fur up. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Shifting took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Shifting and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Carrie embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carrie grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Carrie abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This southern man wears baggy black pantaloons and a blue scarf. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are white.

Personality: Mordai hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Detective mother left him crippled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears just a red suit. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarai embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sarai was born with her mother's beautiful face. At some point she was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. After a long history of fighting, Sarai and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: She is in excellent shape and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Cecily wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Cecily lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and an old rival family wants her found
