Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Gildmak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'7" when asserting himself. He has moderate length white hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her hammer with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her red fur is greasy and uncared for. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is lean but muscular and dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with black slacks. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Glassblower and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to open a new tavern
