History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Kyle liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Thamior began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Kerkad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Weaver again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Gaaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is greedy
