She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
