History: Darrow hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Darrow was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born in the west to a Interpreter, Tatyan learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Mayor soon after.
