History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her beige fur is braided into rings. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. Emerald is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Emerald was born the youngest of three triplets. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Gildmak was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mercenary. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and balancing her hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult
