Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Târz enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Beloril was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Beloril's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
