History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Tailor born in the past three hundred years. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Theobald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wishes to resurrect an old love
