Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This western man wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Kûga is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears long strands of opal and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She keeps her long gold crest kept up in a rat tail. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Arava is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Arava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Shepherd mother left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tomi grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
