History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Cressel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugolina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugolina. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jarana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
