Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Thorin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thorin decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear red pants and tee shirts. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He is portly but not overly obese. He has wavy black hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This malnourished man wears a blue shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and black pants. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Hunter profession.

History: Zook was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He got into the Masseuse business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Masseuse.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
