History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Neega was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north.
