Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are violet.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: She wears skinny pants and wears a black and tan robe with the hood down. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longswords and rapiers. She has done her best to style her gold crest to look like a famous performer. Her red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Gardener. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Gardener. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Biri fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To protect his home; and wants to work out more often

Description: An older woman who is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, green shirt, and brown tie, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length red hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Description: A middle-aged man, he wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear, and is pretty ugly. His lavender fur is smooth and relatively long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
