History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has moderate length red hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Ur-Dag lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A 5'9" eastern woman, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. She has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Vapula lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her youth she was part of a gang. History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ahinar was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: To be a Gardener again; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
