History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of flails, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Modean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Modean was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He sports a flattop fur cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He takes great joy in being the best Dilettante in town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Fragrant and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture
