When Akta reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a barkeep and was forced into it by her family

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Ermina took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
