Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born in the north. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he very much looks the part of a Guard. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Ahvain was born with his mother's beautiful face. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and regain custody of his son

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson blue hat.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Drusilia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Mayor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Stannor lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
