He prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born into a rich family. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She now mingles about in high society.

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her right hand. Her blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
