Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Seamstress business.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Syllin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Veloptima was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stableman. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
