Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he very much looks the part of a Fletcher. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Azdûsh was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and regain custody of his son

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. She is physically well-built. Her brown hair is wavy and long. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and many drow want her driven away

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her silver hair is braided into rings. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pyntle will drive conversation. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
